What to expect
Long-Term Deposit
$200
Holds your site up to 2 weeks and serves as the electrical and move-out deposit. Refundable if the account is current and the site is left in good condition.
Short-Term Deposit
$100
Required for weekly stays. Refundable if the account is current and the site is left in good condition.
Electricity
$0.125/kWh
Billed separately from the site rate.
Late Fee
$15/day
Applies after the applicable payment grace period.
Returned Payment
$35
For any insufficient-funds transaction.
Additional Guest
$100
Per person for stays of 5+ days within a 30-day period. Site maximum: 4 guests.

What every site includes

- → One RV per site, max 2 vehicles, max 4 guests
- → Up to 2 pets per site with management approval
Host / Guest Arrangement
Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest arrangement. This is not a landlord/tenant agreement. All applicants must read and agree to our full Rules & Regulations before move-in.
