Long-term RV Site
$550/mo
Large concrete pad with double concrete parking. All 14 sites priced the same — pick your neighbors, not your tier.

Deposits & Fees
What to expect at move-in
Move-in Deposit
$200
Holds your site up to 2 weeks. Serves as electrical & move-out deposit. Refundable if account is current and site is left in good condition.
Electricity
$0.125/kWh
Billed monthly, separate from rent. Due on the 1st of each month.
Late Fee
$15/day
5-day grace period after the 1st. Accrues automatically starting day 6.
Returned Payment
$35
For any insufficient-funds transaction.
Additional Guest
$100
Per person for stays of 5+ days within a 30-day period. Site maximum: 4 guests.
Landscaping Fee
$25
Applies only if the landscaper must clear your area before mowing.
Site Details
What every site includes

- → 30/50 amp electrical hookup (tenant provides GFCI receptacle)

- → One RV per site, max 2 vehicles, max 4 guests
- → Up to 2 pets per site with management approval
Host / Guest Arrangement
Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest arrangement. This is not a landlord/tenant agreement. All applicants must read and agree to our full Rules & Regulations before move-in.
